i am not sure why i think perogies are a canadian thing. they are polish, no? anyhow, i think it might be that we ate them a lot while growing up, in canada. and i loved them! soooo, why not make some? from scratch, of course. it was quite easy. i just googled a recipe, i think this one.
it's quite easy to make the dough portion and also the filling (i think potatoes, cheese, and chives?)
and of course we have to serve them with a yummy healthy salad. of course! they were so yummy! we need to make them again!
