inspired

i created this blog about 3 months ago before i left boston after being inspired by my dear friend mercedes (see evidence here). we thought it would be fun to have a blog where we could share our creations for all other creative culinary lovers out there. i didn't really get started on the blog i think mainly because i have big shoes to fill (as evidenced by here and here), but after being inspired by the following, the food blog fire has once again been lit. hopefully dear mercedes can join the bloggy blog with me. enjoy! xo

inspired by the delicious pizza at Tony's Neapolitan Pizzeria that my mother and i went to in the north beach in san francisco, my mother bought me this fig jam to make my own creation of the proscuitto, havarti cheese, and fig jam pizza! SO YUM!

my roommate annette had this book and it was just $7 at tj maxx. it has fun recipes of all kinds that have secret healthy ingredients in it... very exciting!

saw this cute movie with gloria today. 'nuff said.

how darling are these chopsticks. they just scream sushi dinner party. another creation i have yet to try. i LOVE sushi!

ragan always finds the cutest gifts. another apron? i think that is a hint: "get COOKING, eh?"
